急问8老师、皮老师及各位大侠，我现在想申请加急的EAD和AP,程序是否和通常的一样，是否还需要一些其他的什么手续，或者是否需要一些加急费什么的，我现在非常着急，因为家里有一点急事，麻烦8老师、皮老师告知一下，非常感谢。

-There is not emergency EAD, but emergency AP. You just go to the USCIS local office to apply for it by bring your passport, completed I-131 with support documents and the evidence of emergency such Dr. letter for patient, etc. (translate the emergency evidence into English if it is in Chinese). If you have pending I-131 AP application, just bring the I-131 rceipt, not need to provide the I-131 again. No fee if your AP is based on pending I-485.
