-If her I-94 has expired, she has to leave US, otherwise she illegally stay in US for > 180 days or > one year, she will be subjected to 3 or 10 year bar. Also, she can not file I-485 to get the green card within US if her I-94 has expired. If I-94 does not expire yet, she can file I-539 immediately to extend her B2 visa (no problem for her to get the B2 extension in this case).
