-You need to check the form to see whether it is Form N-336 or I-290B. If you use N-360, that is appeal of N-400 denial, not motion to reopen. See this website:

If that form is I-290B, you can use it for motion to reopen, or just go to this website to download I-290B:

My suggestion for you is that you file I-290B, Motion to reopen.
