1，父母的结婚证是四十多年前开具的，上面没有照片，是否需要公证？

-Not need if just for 探亲, not immigration/green card applicaiton.

2，因父母要带侄子来美，上次您说我弟弟和弟妹要写一个permit statement,请问要写一些什么内容才能打动签证官，请具体讲一下。有没有例子？

-Just say they agree your parents (grand parents of teh child) to bring their child to US to visit you.

3，还有关于I-134表，是否邀请人需要填这张表，若邀请人只出具了银行存款证明，房屋纳税证明和工资单即可？

-Had better prepare it and it is very simple, isn't it?
