485递上去已一年，有EAD卡和Advance Parole，如果现在换工作的话，新工作必须和现工作性质相同吗？
-If you are the primary applicant, your new job has to be in the same/similar field, but not have to be the same job title or same job responsibilities.
Do I still need H1b sponsorship?
-Don't have to if you want to use EAD to work.
Do I need the new employer to continue sponsor the current 485?-Irrelevant.
How to let INS know I change employer?
-They may find it from IRS. Unless USCIS send you RFE for your employment status, you do not need to do anything. If you get the RFE, just ask the new employer to give you an employment verification letter and that is all.
My current 485 is sponsored by current employer's lawyers.
