485递上去已一年，有EAD卡和Advance Parole，如果现在换工作的话，新工作必须和现工作性质相同吗？

Do I still need H1b sponsorship?  Do I need the new employer to continue sponsor the current 485?

How to let INS know I change employer?  My current 485 is sponsored by current employer's lawyers.
