我和我老公8年前拿到绿卡（老公是主要申请人，找律师帮忙申请的），现在老公申请入籍成公民了，我们想给我们在国内的11岁小孩办绿卡过来和我们一起生活。但是现在存在两个问题，不知会不会影响办绿卡的过程：
1，小孩是我们结婚前在国内生的，我老公（那时还是男朋友)2001年出国的， 他出国不久我就怀孕了，2002年我们小孩出生，那时我们还没结婚，但小孩出生证上有注明母亲是我，父亲是老公。并且因为老公出国后户口吊销了，所以我们孩子名字在我的户口下且跟我的姓。
2，2003年我出国，和老公在国外领证结婚，2004年老公申请绿卡并带着我。但是当时律师帮忙填表的时候，I-485 Part3 B “listing all your children” 那没填上我们小孩的信息，现在不知道这会不会影响我们给小孩办绿卡。

我们其它的证件都是齐全的，就是担心以上两个问题，请教8老师和皮匠老师还有其他有经验的朋友这些是否会影响我们给小孩办绿卡，如果会，如何避免和解决？
-Because your child was born before you married your spouse (born out of wedlock), your spouse needs to provide addtional evidences of connection between him and the child such as living with the child, supporting the child living fee and school tuition, and any other continuing the parent interet in the child welfare, etc.
