我现在是485PENDING，已经过180天，H1B仍有效，还没有申请EAD。如果我想换工作，

新的雇主不愿TRANSFER H1B的话，我是不是应该在换工作之前拿到EAD卡。

-Irrelevant, but you need to get the EAD to work for the new employer in this case and this is the point.
