还是180天的问题，我的180天该从什么时候算？
1：雇主A的140-EB2的PD是2007年11月
2：2011年8月离开雇主A，到另一家雇主X以H1工作（短期）
3: 2011年12月PD当前，用雇主A的EVL（表明绿后愿意继续雇用）递交的485
4: 2011年11月开始在雇主B以H1上班，同时开始PERM，140等等
5：2012年9月雇主B的PERM通过，然后申请140，2013一月年雇主B的140-EB2通过
6：连接雇主B的140到485
我的情况太复杂，就不详述了。请问8老师，PJIANG老师：
1： 我的485 pending 180天从那天算？
2： 是不是雇主B的180天满啦就可以安全跳槽了？-Yes for employer B I-140, but your I-485 is still safe because this I-485 is still linked to the employer A I-140 (i.e. this I-485 can be approved based on either old I-140 or new I-140).
从那天算起？当然可能很快就绿了。
3： 是不是雇主B的PERM和140不需要都可以？这个问题有点多余，但是当时为的是保险起见。
4： 据说拿到绿卡都有需要为此雇主工作180天，
-Nonsense. But you need to work for Employer A if your I-485 is approved based on the old I-140 because you filed it after you left the employer A.
请问是在拿到绿卡后算起吗？还是其他180天。
