我有绿卡三年多了，最近想回国工作。如何能保持绿卡不会出现问题?半年以上必须和只需申请131RP吗?
-Yes. RP is enoguh if you want to stay in China for < one year < two years. You can come back to US to apply for new RP again before the old RP expires.
有没有别的需要申请注意的，如N-470，
-This is only filed when you work outside US for a US company and you do not want to disrupt your physical presence for future US citizenship application. You still need RP even if your US employer file N-470.
如出现问题我女儿转成公民后是否可以再为我申请绿卡-Yes if your child is > 21 years old.
