I-485 排期到了要等多久才能拿到绿卡？

请问各位老师：我的EB-3的Priority date是June 16,2006, I-485是2007年大放水的时候递上去的。等了漫长的6年多，终于去年12月排到了。EB-3 在2012年12月进展到July 1, 2006. 到现在一个多月了，什么消息也没有， 请问一般要等多久？
