回复：急问: I-485 RFE 要 EVL

请问8老师或小白兔, 收到I-485RFE要EVL. 几个月前换到现在这家新公司,工作Title由Sr Analyst 变成 Manager, 但干的活变化不大, 工作领域都是 Marketing.

1. 为了想把新工作的DESCRIPTION写得和PERM尽可能地一致,

-Not need to be 一致, and as long as you still work in the same/simialr field (marketing).

又怕HR不同意. 能不能让部门经理签字? （RFE上列明要...executive or officer of the organization...）.

2. Response 写在打印出来的COMPANY　LETTERHEAD上可以吗，

-It is OK if printed with color, but had better use 公司印刷的信纸 letterhead.

 

还是一定要用公司印刷的信纸？
