我是H1B 第7年，之前不想换工作就是不想再从新排PR的队，但据说不用从新排队。

140 以批快三年但2年内不指望能等到名额file 485。 公司情况也不好，想走人。

恳请这里的人帮我分析一下现在的情况，换工作可行吗？

-The problem is that if your I-140 sponsor withdraw the approved I-140, you can not use it to extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit, so I suggest you to use the premium processing to get the H1 transfer approved for another 3 years, then work for the new employer and ask the new employer to file the new PERM/I-140, thus you can use the new approved I-140 to extend your H1 if your current employer withdraw your current I-140.
