感谢您的回复。问题是现在只有2010年10月到2012年10月的正式lease containing both names of me and my spouse.

2012年11月--2013年3月的如何处理？

-Not need it for this period of time.

必须还要签lease吗？我们不是很想签，是否可以避免？
