我在一些英文的网站上看到移民局有关b1/b2递485 Aos 换身份的30/60/90 天规定。
30天内：移民官会以当时b1/b2的非移民倾向裁定申请人存在欺诈行为。辩证方在申请人。
60天内：移民官可能会以当时b1/b2的非移民倾向裁定申请人存在欺诈行为。辩证方在申请人。
90天内：移民官可能会以当时b1/b2的非移民倾向裁定申请人存在欺诈行为。辩证方在移民局。
90天后：基本没问题。
又有补充说如果是公民的直系亲属，移民局对以上的规定比较宽松。因为直系亲属的b1/b2有dual intent, 不像观光，婚姻和其他签证是纯粹的非移民签证。所以如果公民的父母在b1/b2入境60天后递130和485就没有大问题。

So, for the safest reason, your parents had better file green card application at least 3 months later after they enter US using B2 visa.
