老师，本人今年年初file I-751,至今约有10个月的时间。没有批准，也没有RFE，今天收到一封信说the case is still under review...should receive a decision or further notification within 60 days..本人目前非常焦急，虽然对Vermont批准速度有所准备，但仍没有料到等待时间会如此漫长。再过一两个月就可以申请公民了，请问8老师
1. 如果到时正式绿卡未收到，是否仍可进行公民申请？
-Yes, you can file N-400, but USCIS will not approve your N-400 until your I-751 is approved.
2. 有朋友说可以联系congressman加速绿卡批准，不知道是否真的会有帮助？
-Not hurt you to do that.
3. 在目前情况下有无必要infopass? 在电话中已与tier 2 办公人员直接对话，他们也说我的case目前依旧pending
