养一个15岁的孩子，那么孩子应该申请什么身份来美呢？H4吗？

-1. H4 visa: Techinvally, the adopted child needs to live with you for two years to be qualified for the  H4 visa application, but I did know soem cases that the adopted child got the H4 visa immediately after the adoption. See this link:

 2. B2 visa. The adopted child can apply for the B2 visa to enter US to live with you.

如果我们等拿到绿卡后再回去收养，那孩子应该申请什么身份来美呢？

-Only try  B2 visa in this case.

 

只要孩子是16周岁前收养，来美和我们住两年后，我们就可以给孩子FILE I-130，申请绿卡吗？我们现在的485没有包括这个孩子，不会对孩子有影响吧？

-If you adopt the child before he/she turn 16 years old and before your I-485 is approved, you do not need to file I-130 and the adopted child can file I-485  when your PD is current after he/she has lived with you for two years if he/she is in US with a valid status. Otherwise, you can file I-824 for the child to apply for the immigration visa in China.

If you adopt the child (孩子是16周岁前) after your I-485 is approved, then 孩子来美和 you住两年后, you 可以给孩子FILE I-130，申请绿卡.
