我查到了Ｉ-130的填表说明，其中这部分提到了收养孩子

Who may not file for I-130:

An adoptive parent or adopted child, if the adoption took place after child's 16th birthday, or if the child has not been in the legal custody and living with the parent for at least 2 years prior to the filing of the petition

那我如果在中国合法收养了我的侄子，并且之前跟他在一起生活过两年，这样算不算符合这个I-130表的要求了呢。

从上边段话我的理解是: 如果是在16岁之前收养了这个孩子，那就可以填这个表; 或者已经合法的取得了监护权并且跟这个孩子一起生活过至少两年以上, 那也可以填这个表。
