-You need to tell your boss that you can not work for his personal company at this point because it is illegal for you to do that (immigration law limi you to do that). If he wants you to do that, he has to file a partime H1 for you on April 1, 2013 and then, you can work for his company beginning on Oct. 1, 2013. Then, your current emplopyer (研究所) needs to file a H-1 amendment to change your full-time H1 to partime H1 at the same time at that time. It is serious, so you need to address this issue to your boss politely and let him understand you.
