我朋友的H1B， 在不知道情况的时候不小心帮别的公司做了点小项目，然后算是violation了。打算在485之前回国一趟。

可是现在可能要换公司工作，做H1B transfer，能否transfer成功？

-Yes. USCIS does not realize the violation of status at this point and they will check it with IRS when they process the I-485.

这样会有什么风险吗？

-No.
