现公司的律师推荐fileAC21to CIS， 刚回了我的信如下：

Yes, we recommend you submit AC21 portability letter to USCIS. We can assist with the process once we receive the go-ahead from HR. We will also need the following items:

 1. Your current job title and description;

2. Current annual salary;

3. Copy of I-485 receipt notice;

4. Copy of I-140 approval notice;

5. Copy of certified Form ETA 9089, Permanent Labor Certification;  

6. Copy of EAD card; and

7. Copy of your current resume.

 

由于我年底要被雷，file AC21 还有用吗？一个公司file的，其他以前的公司要补吗？再次感谢了！
