We submitted the I 130 in Aug 2010, soon got a receipt. Her son's 21th birthday is Sep 2010. The I130 was approved Apr 2012.Does it mean that he is over the age?

另外，我母亲（或我）除担保外还需提供什么材料？谢谢。
