老师们好，我的485已经递交快一年（EB2）。如果这时候我离职或者被公司解雇，雇主向移民局要求撤销我的绿卡申请，我会面临什么样的情况？
-The withdrawal of the I-140 by the employer does not affect your I-485, but you had better find a new job as soon as possible in the same/similar ares in case USCIS send you RFE for your employment status. If USCIS does not send you RFE, your I-485 is safe even if you do not have a job yet.
移民局会不会终止我的485申请？有什么对策？
如果没有影响，我可不可以自己开公司继续等我的排期。
-Yes, but you need to use EAD to work and your job in your company has to be in the same/similar area as the old job for the I-140.
