Would you suggest I 等 RFE, or I 先主动通知cis before they start working on 485 ? (好像听说主动通知会把审批搞乱，cis很不善于处理申请人主动提出的事， 但这个说法口无实据. 但主动的好处是他们没法乱找借口了)
