帮妹妹递交了移民申请，她明年想带小孩来美国玩，请问她们可能拿到签证吗？

-It is posssible as long as she can convince the IO that she will return to China after the short visit of US (.e.g the I-130 priority date will be current several years later, and she will apply for the immigration visa in China, etc.).

５年后， 如果侄女高中毕业，能来美国念书吗？

-Fine.
