如果我今年的缴税低于H1B的要求，那么我明年要Renew H1B 会不会遇到麻烦？

如果没有麻烦，我就不用EAD，否则还会考虑EAD。

-Your employer has to pay you at the prevail wage level of H-1B, otherwise it is violation of the immigration law. Also, if your payment is lower than the prevail wage, your H1 extension will be denied.
