如果被拒了，是不是我们一家就要离境？

-At the worst, your H1 will be approved, but has not I-94, thus you have to go to China to get the H1 visa and your spouse still need to return to China to get the H4 visa.

家里俩娃，大宝不到2岁，二宝才2月，太麻烦了。
