1.我正在申请renew EAD 和AP, 遇到了新的问题。不知道8老师是否还记得我。我的EAD AP combo card notice date 是 2月21号，但在1月底我丈夫在国内突然病故，我是申请的加急AP回国的，于2月7号用加急AP入境的，时间在我的 combo card notice date之前，这会影响我的EAD renew吗？

-No.

我是否需要附上加急AP的copy?

-Not need.

2.还有一些 有关I-765 form 的问题:

1）上次申请EAD的日期，可以填receipt date 吗/

-Fine and provide a copy of the old EAD.

2）表格14项： Manner of Last Entry:

我上次使用AP，应该填 Parolee, 对不对？

-Correct.

3）表格15项： Current immigration status:

AOS

-If your parolee I-94 does not expire yet, put "Parolee" there, otherwise, put "Adjustment of Status".

4）邮寄地址：

我想用post office 的overnight mail, the following two addresses, which one I should use?

 

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Deliveries:

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

Attn: AOS
