我现在有H1 797(valid to 10/2014), EAD, AP(04/2013).我老公 H4,在中国工作。他的H4 签证有效期是2013年3月。老公在今年申请 EAD, AP时候，递交以后确认移民局受到离开美国，然后才收到EAD, AP。 我听说如果这样，EAD, AP 视为自动放弃，是这样么？
