请问pijing和8老师，提交485的时候，出生公证能在国内办中文的，然后拿到美国来翻译并公证吗？移民局会接受吗？

-Normally 在国内办的出生公证 include both Chinese verson and English verson at the same time for one fee. So, you do not need to translate it again.
