-"Acc/FTJ" means "Accompany or Following to Join". In other words, your 弟妹和侄儿 can enter US together with your brother, or enter US after your brother enters US some time later.
上次烦劳您们的回答是他们可以分批来，但弟弟必须先来，弟妹和侄儿可以携我弟弟的入关记录或绿卡复印件后来。问题是领馆只给了他们一个密封包裹（猜 测内有所有三人的Ｄ２３０／Ｉ８６４等等材料和Ｓｕｐｐｏｒｔｉｎｇ Ｄｏｃｕｍｅｎｔｓ什麽的）。如果我弟弟先来了，包也就在入关时上交了。

-Your 弟妹和侄儿 need to contact the US Consulate in Guangzhou and the Consulate will do some paperwork for them to enter US later. So contact the US Consulate. As I said, your 弟妹和侄儿 also need the copy of your brother's green card or the endorsed immigration visa to enter US later.
