请问如果打电话给移民局，要怎么说才可能会得到那个编号啦？您能给出个主意吗。

-Tell them your mother's passport number, birthdate and when the case was filed (if you do not remmber extact date, tell them the month and year or about what month what year). May visit the USCIS local office and bring the proof of the relationship between you and your mother such as your birth certificate.
