-Reschedule of an appointment for immigration interview is very serious. You can not just call USCIS to make the reschedule of the interview. You should have sent a certified letter to the USCIS office that sent you the interview notice explaining why you can’t make it to the interview. Include with the letter any documentation you have showing why you can’t make it to the interview (flight itinerary, letter from boss, letter from doctor, etc.). At least, you should have visited the USCIS local office to address the reason you need to reschedule the interview. Obviously, your case denial is because you did not conduct the interview.
Now you may just wait for the denial letter and then, may file motion to reopen the case.
