请教各位老师，我目前在A公司工作，他们按PERM给我申请Eb2绿卡，140已批准，485还没递交。目前是H1第7年。
有两个问题：
1. 如果A公司倒闭，我还能用这个批准的140往B公司做H1 transfer吗？
2. 如果可以做H1 transfer，但B公司工作一段时间后，他们没给我办好新的140，我还可以用A公司的140往C公司做H1 transfer吗？
-I do not find the immigration law/rule specific to this issue, but based on my understanding, probably you can not use this I-140 to extend your H-1 beyond the 6 year limit because the I-140 sponsor does not exist anymore and thus, this is no any possibility that this I-140 can be used for filing I-485 in the future (equal to this I-140 has been withdrawn). Of course, if USCIS does not realize that the I-140 sponsor has been bankrupted, your H1 extension may still be approved.
