我现在已归化成公民，正准备给妹妹交i130表。有两个问题想请教：
1 我可以同时交130，485和765以便给妹妹申请EAD吗（妹妹当前是F1，妹夫是H1)？
-No. Your sister only can file her I-485 when the priority date is current about ten years later and your sister has to maintain her lagal status until she files I-485. Also she can not leave US until she gets the H1 or H4 status (she can not get the F-1 visa outside US due to immigration intent).
2 需要什么文件证明我们的姐妹关系？
-Both of your and your sister's birth certificates.
另外，我们俩的出身公证上母亲姓名因有一个多音字娩（发音为mian和wan)而不同（我的是mian我姐姐的是wan）。请问我们该如何处理？（父亲名字一致）
-Your sister had better re-do the 出身公证 to make your mother's name consistent in both of the birth certificates.
