我今年8月回国一趟，回美用的是去年回国时的签证（H4）而不是AP，最近才发现I-94上CBP在入境时给的有效期是去年签证上的有效期 （9/22/2012）而不是我 I-797上I-94的有效期 （9/30/2013）- CBP根本就没要求看，我也没主动出示。现在I-94上的有效期 （9/22/2012）已过，我该怎么办？叩谢！！！

-You need to go to the CBP local Deferred Inspection Office/Site to fix it. So,  don't worry, and many people like you have got it fixed there. Bring your passport, I-94 and your H-1 approval notice.
