请问 principle applicant use AP 入境时， I-94 身份是 AOS/Parolee, 那么给的有效期是哪个日子为真确：
1）。当前 AP 的失效日 ？

-Parolee I-94 is for one year and tgehn, automatically your sttaus will be AOS after one year (it does not matter to your legal stay and work under H-1 benefits). If you renew your H1 within US, then your status will become H-1 again (get the new H-1 I-94 with the H1 extension approval).

2）。H1B 批准书上的 I-94 的失效日 ？
3）。 入境日起的过一周年后的那一天 ？
