谢谢。学生自己不太清楚，因为要转学换成M签证，以为不要上课了，结果学生是因为缺课太多被学校在6月20日开除的。他的M签证申请是6月25日递交到移民局的，10月15日被拒并要求12月20日前离境。和律师一起找过学校了，学校拒绝提供帮助。现在想知道是否可以换一家大学在美国重新申请F1？

-Find a new school as soon as possible and then, ask the new sachool for help to reinstate his F-1 status. If his F-1 status can not be reinstated, he has to go to China to get the F-1 visa to come back.

Another choice is that he may go to China to apply for the M-1 visa to come back (depends on why his M-1 application is denied).

Anyway, he needs to talk to his lawyer for help because his lawyer knows his situation more details.
