请教各位，失去F1身份超过90天，人还在美国，现在重新申请学校，重新向移民局递申请，移民局还接受吗？是否有这方面的规定？谢谢。

-He/she can ask the school International Student Office to see whether he/she can reinstate his/her F-1 status and if it is sucessful,he/she can stay in US with F-1 status. Otherwise, he/she needs to go to China to apply for the F-1 visa to come back. By the way, if he/she overstay in US for > 6 months, he/she will be subjected to 3- or 10-year bar fi he/she leaves US.
