今年7月用AP入境 （485 DEPENDENT）；10月底提交了H1B RENEWAL，有RECEIPT，但未批复。同时打算RENEW EAD/AP combo card (expires 3/2013). (1)在填表时，我目前的身份是H1B 还是PAROLEE？

-It is "Parolee".

（2）如果在提交EAD/AP RENEWAL前，H1B批下来，又是什么身份？

-You only provide your current status when you file I-131/I-765, and your future status is irrelevant to the current AP/EAD application.

 （3） 能在网上RENEW EAD/AP COMBO CARD吗？多谢！

-Yes, but you have to pay the filing fee for both I-131 and I-765 if you use e-filing. So, if you are not rich, may just use paper-filing (no fee).
