虽然递交了基于eb2的485，但是不知道排期还要等到猴年马月，决定试一下eb1a.
I-140填表四个问题:
1）第一页下面: Check below if the petition is being filed to amend a previous filed petition.
要不要打勾？影响以前eb2申请中被批准的140吗？
2) 第二页下面: Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on hegalf of this person?
我需要把已经批准的eb2-140和已经投递的485都列在这儿吗？
2）第2页下面两个问题？
7. Is the petition being filed without an original labor certification because the original labor certification was previously submitted in support of another Form I-140?
Yes or No?
8. If the petition is being filed without an original labor certification, are you requesting that USCIS request a duplicate labor certification from the Department of Labor?
Yes or No?
递交的问题:
如果 e-filing 的话, 递交140的 support 材料和907表的时候, 需要等待邮递过来的 797表吗, 还是只要 e-file receipt 就可以了. (看到 instruction 里面说需要797表, 但是有人说只要 receipt 就可以了). 还有 support 材料和 PP-907 表是要邮寄到 e-file receipt 上的地址还是 pp-instruction 的地址
