I remember that your case J1 stayed in China for two years but J2 was in the US.

YES.

My J waiver is "No Objection" waiver. First, submit to DOS to get the case number, then use this case number to apply to Chinese Embassy to get the "No Objection Statement", then DOS approve the J Waiver.
