8老师, 多谢你以前的帮助, 还有问题请教: USCIS的RFE 要求J waiwer for Pending 485.

 

现在的情况是DOS已经批准waiwer并且Recommendation 是 Sent, 但USCIS的最后批准书还没有收到. 我可不可以用DOS 的批准信 (因为RFE 要求的期限快到了)作为回复485RFE 的证据(加上一些说明,就说时间关系, 还没有收到没有收到USCIS的最后批准书).

-Probably USCIS will not accept it, but if you have no choice, you may just submit whatever you have and explain it in the cover letter.
