请教两位老师:父母办绿卡out of processing window

两位老师:

I (US citizen) filed GC application for my parents on 5/15/2012, finger printed in early June, and got transferred to california service center on 6/5/12. The latest update on my case is on 6/12/12 based on USCIS account log. The processing time for I-130 in california center is 5 months. When I call 1-800-375-5283 to inquire my case status, only ansewer machine, can not reach any customer service representative.

How could I check my status? What could I do at this stage.
