-If she files I-485 in US, it normally takes about 6 months to one year; if apply for the immigration visa in China, it normally take one to two years or more.

老母已经80，身体还可以。但也有一些常见老年病。有可能不批吗？

-Fine.

移民对年龄和健康状况有要求吗？

-As long as she has no infectious diseases (传染病), it will be fine. No age limitation.
