请教各位：孩子是加拿大公民，在美时是h 4身份。现在孩子在加拿大上大学，我们还在美国，请问会影响他h 4身份吗？如何能保持？非常感谢！

- He only can have a non-immmigration status when he is physically present in US. He has no US status when he is in Canada. He can enter US with H4 status or just use his Canadian passport (B2 status).
