1）485Pending，EAD10月底到期，如果485是11月的排期EAD还需不需要Renew？

-You had better renew it if you want to use EAD to work.

2）新Renew的工卡和原先的失效日期不连续怎么办？这中间可以有多大的Gap？

-You can not use EAD to work if the old one expiores and the renewal is not approved yet. Not affect your legal stay.
