护士办绿卡需要先办劳工纸（Labor certificate）吗？
-If she is a Registered Nurse, she does not need to 办劳工纸.
需要先办H1吗？
-Not necessary, but if she needs to work before filing I-485 to get the EAD, she has to have a legal working status (e.g. H1, etc.) or other work permit.
H1受名额限制吗？
-Yes.
I485有排期吗？
-Yes.
