还是有几个485 file 以后的的问题。先感谢从开始到现在的一路指导：
1。 我是今年一月中旬file的485， 指纹打过了，6月下旬收到了Reference 要我以前所有的雇佣历史。因为sponsor 我485的不是我现在的雇主，而且我还从未为它工作过。我的reference 寄出一个多月了。现在的status正在review我的evidence.
上面说60天之内给我回复。现在的新问题是这个雇主前两天告诉我，这个公司可能撑不过半年。吓得我也不敢转过去。其实他的经营不好早就有预兆。我的问题是：
1。reference 审核完了，会不会还有面试？如果面试，要求什么财务资料的话，肯定很差。我又没有W-2和payroll stub 之类的东西。会不会有麻烦？
-USCIS will not interview you, but they may ask the I-140 sponsor (the company) to provide the financial eveidences that the company has the ability to pay and if the company will be close due to financial issue, USCIS may revoke the I-140 and thus, your I-485 will be denied also in this case.
如果运气好，485稀里糊涂的批了，还没来得及过去工作，他就关门了。那我以后的绿卡万一audit的话，我一点都没给他工作，或者工作时间很短，会不会是一个问题？
-You will be fine in this case.
2。我现在在通过我现在的雇主在作140，已经file上去了。如果前面的不行了，这个140批下来，我就要relink到我现在的雇主这儿。那么前面的priority date 还有效么？
-Yes. Also, you can do the I-485 relink if your PD is current and your old I-485 is still pending and thus, you do not need to file a new I-485 in this case. But if the old I-485 is denied before your PD is current, you have to file a new I-485 using the old PD.
如果relink,是不是140一批下来，就可以马上做relink,
-No.
还是要等到我的排期重新current 以后才可以做relink（2008年6月的priority date)?
-Correct.
3。Relink 以后，我在我现在这个雇主这儿工作多长时间，我就安全了？
-Still need 180 days from the date of relink.
6个月的规则还适用否？现老板是美国白人，脾气好的时候极好，脾气坏的时候可以立马让人走路。
-Because you never work for the I-140 sponsor, you can not use the benefits of AC21 rule of changing employer (I-485 pending > = 180 days). Thus, you only can use the old PD for your new I-140.
