３年前１４０批下来时延了３年。

-Was this H1 extension beyond the 6 year limit?

我决定辞职在家呆１到２年（持H４）。想跟８老师确认一下如果我以后重返职场，能否利用已批准的１４０将H４转回H１？已和公司律师确认１４０ 将不会被撤销。多谢！！！

-Had you extended your H1 beyond the 6-year H1 limit yet before? If yes, you can changed your H4 to H1 using the approved I-140. Otherwise, you need to extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit, then you can resign and change the H1 to H4 after the H1 extension is approved.
